Mr./Mrs. Clemente Deflorian, Andrea Trettel, Elena Ceschini, Massimo Cristel, Morena Iellici, Stefano Trettel, Mauro Carazzai, Claudio Zanon, Carla Vargiu

The Committee of Auditors is composed as follows:

Mr. Cristian Larger (chairman);
Mr. Massimo Canal, Mr. Giorgio Zorzi.

The Members of the Statutory Bodies do not receive any compensation.
